The yoga practice at Jennifer Nelson Yoga & Massage Studio will be based on training from the Kripalu Yoga Center. The Kripalu yoga practice will include focus on Hatha yoga (postures) and Pranayama (breathing). Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. The last 10 minutes will be shivasana (relaxation).

Yoga is a never ending journey and it will always be challenging to your mind, body, and spirit as you grow in your practice of life and yoga. Be welcoming to changes and challenges in your practice and you will find the true power of yoga.

Suggestion: Practice at least three times a week in order to see the benefits that this practice can have on your life. Drink water before class and don't eat a large meal within a few hours of class time.

Mats, props and water available. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early. The door will be locked at the beginning of class.

The yoga studio is heated to 80 degrees and classes are 1 hour 15 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Gift Certificates available for yoga classes.

Private Yoga classes available for groups or individuals. You pick the time and level of yoga you would enjoy. 4+ people $15.00 per person. A great way to have fun with family or friends.
